Connect your own domain (GoDaddy, Hostinger, BigRock)

Updated 11 Oct 2026 · 2 min read

Your store works on yourname.nasto.store from day one. If you own a domain, you can also run the store on it, for example order.papamillers.in. HTTPS is set up for you at no cost.

Before you start

  • Buy the domain from any registrar: GoDaddy, Hostinger, BigRock or another.
  • Use a subdomain such as order. or menu.. It's the simplest to set up and leaves your main website alone.

1. Add the domain in Nasto

Open Storefront in the admin, go to Domain, type the domain, for example order.papamillers.in, and save. It shows as Pending.

2. Add a CNAME record

Log in to your registrar and open the DNS settings for your domain. Add one record:

TypeNamePoints to
CNAMEorderstores.nasto.store
  • GoDaddy: My Products → your domain → DNS → Add new record.
  • Hostinger: Domains → your domain → DNS / Nameservers → Manage DNS records.
  • BigRock: Manage Domain → DNS Management → CNAME Records.

If the registrar asks for a TTL, leave the default.

3. Wait for it to turn green

We check every few minutes for about two hours. Most domains turn Verified within an hour; a few take longer. Once verified, HTTPS is issued and the store opens on your domain. Your nasto.store link keeps working too.

If it still says Failed after a day, check the record for a typo or an extra dot, then tap Check again.

The home-screen app

Customers can add your store to their phone's home screen, and it opens like an app. The installed app is tied to the address it was installed from, so connect your domain before you ask customers to install it or print QR posters.
