Plans, autopay and your GST invoice

Nasto is a flat subscription with 0% commission on your orders. Every plan includes every feature and unlimited drivers.

How you pay

Your plan is charged through Razorpay by UPI autopay or card, monthly or yearly. Extra outlets and credit recharges are charged the same way. Prices are plus 18% GST.

Your GST invoice

Panara Studios Private Limited issues a GST invoice for every charge. Find them under Billing and download any of them as a PDF.

Changing plan

• Upgrades apply straight away. You pay the difference for the rest of the period.
• Downgrades apply from your next billing date.
• Extra outlets beyond your plan cost ₹399, ₹349 or ₹299 a month on Starter, Growth and Pro.

If a payment fails

We retry and show a banner in the admin for 7 days. Your store keeps taking orders during this time. After 7 days the store shows as temporarily closed until the payment goes through. Your menu, orders and customers are kept for 90 days, so nothing is lost while you sort it out.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Billing. The store stays live until the end of the period you've paid for.
