Set your opening hours

Updated 11 Oct 2026 · 2 min read

Your store takes orders only while it is open. Outside your hours customers can still browse the menu, and the store shows when you open next.

Add your slots

Go to Setup → Opening hours (or Settings → Hours once you're live). For each day, add one or more slots, for example 11:00 to 15:00 and 18:00 to 23:00 for a lunch and dinner service.

  • Turn a day off to close for the whole day.
  • Use Copy Monday to all days when every day is the same.
  • Slots on the same day can't overlap.

Open past midnight

A slot can close after midnight, for example 18:00 to 01:00. Make it the last slot of that day. Orders placed at 00:30 count against the day the slot started.

Holidays and busy evenings

  • Holiday closure: close a single date for a festival or a day off, without touching your weekly hours.
  • Pause orders: the switch on the orders board stops new orders right away, for example when the kitchen is full. Customers see that you're not taking orders for now. Switch it back on when you're ready.
Tip: if all seven days are off, the store can never take an order. The setup step warns you before you save.

Scheduled orders

If you allow scheduled orders, customers can order ahead for a slot when you are open. They arrive on your board like any other order, 45 minutes before the slot.
