Add your first driver and get them logged in

Your drivers use the Nasto Driver app on Android or iPhone. Drivers are unlimited on every plan.

Invite a driver

1. Open Setup → Add a driver (or Drivers once you're live).
2. Enter their name and 10-digit mobile number.
3. Tap Invite. They get a message with a link to the app.

If the number already delivers for another restaurant on Nasto, they get a join request in their app instead. They accept it and start seeing your orders too. You never see their orders for other restaurants, and they see you only as one of their restaurants.

Get them logged in

1. The driver installs Nasto Driver from the Play Store or App Store.
2. They log in with the same mobile number you invited, using the code we send them.
3. They switch to Online.

That's it. If they don't see your restaurant, check the number in Drivers and resend the invite.

Sending an order

When an order is ready, tap Assign driver on the board. The driver has 60 seconds to accept. If they don't, the request comes back to you to send to someone else, or to auto-assign to a free driver.

In the app the driver can call the customer, open directions, mark the order picked up, out for delivery and delivered, and record the cash collected.

Removing a driver

Deactivate a driver from Drivers when they stop working for you. It doesn't affect any other restaurant they deliver for.
