Set your delivery fee and minimum order
Updated 11 Oct 2026 · 2 min read
Each outlet sets its own delivery rules. Nasto checks them at checkout, so customers only see a fee and an order total they can actually get.
Pin your kitchen
Go to Setup → Delivery area (or Settings → Delivery once you're live). Search your address and drag the pin to your door. Distances are measured in a straight line from this pin to the customer's pin.
How far you deliver
Set a delivery radius in km. A customer outside it sees "We don't deliver here yet" and can choose pickup instead.
You can also list the areas or pincodes you serve, for example three nearby villages. If you do, the customer's address has to match one of them.
The delivery fee
Pick one:
- Free delivery.
- Flat fee, the same for every order.
- By distance, in slabs that run without gaps.
| Distance | Fee |
|---|---|
| 0 to 5 km | Free |
| Beyond 5 km | ₹50 |
The last slab can be open ("beyond 5 km") to keep accepting farther orders at that fee.
Minimum order
Set a minimum order for delivery, for example ₹300. Below it, the cart shows how much more to add ("Add ₹60 more for delivery"). Pickup orders have no minimum.
Pickup
Turn pickup on and set a preparation time. Customers outside your area can still order and collect.
